The competition “AntiAIDS-Ukraine” got an unexpected continuation during two final exhibitions. As the collection of posters continues travelling around Ukraine and other countries,this topic is being much spoken about in the professional designers` sphere. Also during the 2nd theatre festival “Zhivi!” that was held in the sanatorium “Solnechnaya Dolina” of Tarhankut that is situated in Crimea, a design-party “with bare hands” took place. Two topics were being discussed during the designers` meeting” V. Galchenko`s “Anti-AIDS” – pluses and minuses of its situation” ; V. Kakurin`s “The idea of posters. Where we are to get them from?”. Both the curators of the competition shared their ideas about the conflict between an interesting idea and its weak impressing on some pictures. For example, the motto “The best protection from AIDS is a brain” was much spoken about. Master-classes and discussions during the festival in Tarhankut gave an idea of holding “A designer`s Heaven” at the end of the final competition “AntiAIDS-Ukraine – 2009”.
